hmm... I'm not sure about the emblem on the steering wheel... b/c TL-S has a different steering wheel on it... but then I gues besides the trim level and performance stuffs is superior than the non-S, I think everything else is the same...

Awesome pics. Thanks a LOT man. However, did you guys notice what it says on the sticker: Speed-Sensing Power Assisted Rack and Pinion Steering - wasn't it sopposed to be TORQUE Sensing???
