CL/TL Who's faster?

Now I got your attention. I own a 2001 CL Type S (Red) and a 2002 TL Type S (Blue). The 2001 CL has 16384 miles on it and the Blue TL Type S have 8258. Here is the thing, the TL-S is dramatically quieter than the CL-S but the CL-S seems to pull off the line a lot harder. My question is, are there any differences between the CL-S and the TL-S that would make a significant difference in the sound or speed of the car. Let me know.

Regards fellow Acura Owners.

maybe it just seems like the CL-S is pulling harder because it is a lot louder. No significant differences that I know of.....same HP, same torque, probably only a 50 lb. weight difference. It also depends on the car. My friend has a 2002 CL-S and I have a 2003 TL-S. We are always racing each other and it always seems pretty even. He wins some, I win some....but no win was by a large margin.

....unless it's a CL-S6, "6" for 6 speed... then that's a different story.

Lets forget

Lets forget the faster things for ONE SECOND. Should there be a difference in sound or shifting of the car. My TL-S seems much much quieter in the cabin. Let me know.

Regards

maybe the TL-S has more noise reduction under the hood or something (no idea, just a guess) it shouldnt shift any differently as the transmissions are the same, any differences there would come from how the ECU "adapted" to your driving in each car

is ur CL-S auto or stick?? if it stick then it probably why, because even though they have the same engine and hp, but bcuz it is a stick it got more hp to the wheels then the auto.

CLS is faster hands down, TLS is slow!:p :p
I think the CLP & TLS are more of a comparison speed wise. :P

and for you morons out there, yes, I'm being sarcastic.
