Check engine light code P1456 and P1739

I have a 99 TL and yesterday for the first time my check engine light came on, I took it to AutoZone and they told me it was code P1456 and P1739. I think P1456 can be related to the gas cap not being on all the way but what about P1739?
Any ideas? Are the 2 codes related?

any code start with P17XX is Tranmission Code
P1739 means Problem in 3rd Clutch Pressure Switch Circuit.
This might be something wrong with the wiring on the PCM connector B (25P) or replace the 3rd clutch pressure switch.
