CEL problem

CEL problem
got an 02 TLS 70k, CEL, vsa, and the triangle with the ! in it came on at the same time drove it for alil and the vsa and trianle went out now just the cel is on. took it to autozone got it scanned they pulled 2 codes P1070,P1072. can anyone shed some light on this for me im thinking its an o2 sensor but not sure how to narrow it down, any help would be appreciated .

are you sure you got the codes right? there is no 1070, 1072

These are the directions per the manual, before spending any money replacing parts
First have the fuel pressure tested. is it too high or too low?
then test the Primary O2 (the the first one, not by the cat) what are the values. Does it stay at less than 0.3v or more than 0.6? yes replace the O2 if no
test the EVAP canister purge valve with a vacuum pump from the intake manifold side

In short a scan tool that reads live data, You have to reset the ECU, start teh car, hold the RPM at 3000 rpm with no load till the radiator fan comes on (in park or neutral) check the Primary HO2S (sensor 1) With the scan tool. Does it stay at less than 0.3 or more than 0.6V
Yes replace the sensor.
