Catalyst Converter Changed

I got my Catalyst Converter changed recently because the engine light was on. Once the cat was changed, I reset the CEL but it's just keeps on coming back on with the same code. Everything on the cat plugs in...... What can it be? The cat is not oem, it's and aftermarket cat. Not sure if the spark plugs was changed before I got the car but, can the spark plugs trigger the cat code? Thanks.

So I don't have to buy another cat than right? Just change the o2 sensor?

I did a search.... My code said something about a thrshold. The cat was changed. Do I just get the primary sensor changed? I just want to make sure before I buy the parts to install. Thanks.

the plugs can throw this code, we have a thread similar to this going now...

plugs are cheaper than an o2 sensor, try them first

how many miles you have on your car, shouldn't have to change it unless you have pretty high miles

it could possibly have been damaged when the cats were swapped...unlikely, but possible
