Unhappy Cargo Net

I just brought a cargo net on ebay for my TL and I don't where the heck to hang it. I looked all over in my trunk and I don't see anywhere where my cargo net hangs onto. HELP!

They look like tabs, they are not hooks that the net goes onto. Both the TL-P and TL-S come with those tabs in the back, try to locate them.

This is what your trunk lining looks like.

The tabs are on the floor. You should notice cut-out slots on the floorboard (the one you lift up to access the spare tire). The tabs are screwed onto the chassis, and comes through the cut-out slots on the floorboard. Then you hook the net on to them.

Hope that made sense.

I took a pic of one side, but they are in the same place on each side. I circled them in green for you. Hopefully this helps!

That sucks, I am not sure if the ones on the bottom screw off but the ones on the top do. You can probably get them at www.acuraautomotiveparts.org

So here is a sad question that is related, I hope. What the hell is that net good for? I have one and have it hanging but haven't really used it for anything that it seemed to help. I hate to be stupid but could someone show me how it should be attached and tell me some cases where it would be helpful. thanks.

Basically its to keep things from rolling around in your trunk. Groceries, books, any loose items.

There is really no right or wrong way. The net is designed to be hooked up MANY MANY ways.

i use it to hold stuff like grocery bags from tipping over this way
