Ok,

My car won't turnover. It won't crank at all. I tested battery and alternator and both are running fine. If I turn on the accessories it turns on. The only thing that has changed w/in the last 2 weeks is that I am using a key that I haven't used before (bought it used and it was given to me). It worked fine though. Any ideas? I got the starter replaced about a year and a half ago (recall) so I'm not sure if it went bad. I had to get it towed to Acura b/c I couldn't figure it out. Hitting the starter didnt work either.

 

Did you hear the starter solenoid kick at all ?

 

does the green key symbol come on the dash?

maybe that key died,,try your old original key?
they do have to be programed to the car--piggy would know the details, he appears to be a current acura tech with much knowledge to share here

It ended up being the starter....just ironic that I started using a new key recently.
