Car alarm

I hate the fact the TL does not have autolocking. I know there are alarms out there that have autolocking feature. Any suggestions? Here's what I want, for the car to autolock and auto set the alarm when I exit. It needs to autolock the car when I start it and of course it needs to be an alarm with remotes that would still activate the memory seats.

That's not an alarm that comes stock with the car...it's just the keyless entry unit. If someone breaks your window it won't go off...they include a panic button just in case someone suspicios is too close to your car and you want to scare them off.

Which is why you add a shock sensor for $12!! That way if anyone even knocks my car it goes off!!

If using the shock sensor, how long does the stock alarm sound before resetting? Know anyone that has installed an add on pager system to stock alarm?

I guess I didn't make myself clear. I want the doors to my car to autolock when I exit the vehicle and when I start the engine. I know there are car alarms out there that will do this. Since the TL has memory seats, I want a car alarm that has remotes that will still operate the memory seats. Any suggestions?

i went to www.directed.com and did the custom make your own alarm link. they suggested the python 730t...i set the choices to factory remotes with controlled locking. this way the factory remotes will control the seats. i believe it is an odd on module.

i really doubt you can have both locking and memory seats...however, i do recall have read clifford might offer something. you can go to that same site and go through the links, or you can visit a dei dealer and speak with them personally.
