Can't get the rotor out!

I need help! I can't get the phillip screws out to remove the rotor! I stripped the head of the screw and there is no way I can unscrew it. I am thinking about drilling through the screw. And if I do that I can put in a new screw. Do I need these screws to hold the rotor in place? Some people said you really don't need that screw because the lug nut is holding the rotor in place. Do you guy have any idea how to remove these screw after the head was stripped?

Thanks!

You don't need to put the screws back in. They were there to assist during assembly.

Drilling it is your best choice unless you got one of them "screw-out"

use a chisel or punch to get it out. it should break loose on the first hit and spin out with your finger. did you use an impact driver to break the screw loose?

Use a 3/8" drill bit, and it will take the head off the screw.

I don't have impact screwdriver and I don't know where to get it.

If you use a hammer driver, be sure and use a #3 bit.
