I brought in my car the third time for that f**king ticking noise at the back to the dealer. They replaced the 1/4 interior panel (the piece right next to the rear shelf). Just found out today when they installed it, they didn't latch the piece under the shelf. So now, that liitle hook shape corner is pushing down the shelf instead of latching under it. Can't those f**king mechanics be more careful although it's not their car? It's no big deal as long as it doesn't mess up other things. Also, I noticed they scratched the engine splash guard and the front lip a little. If they are to be f**kup, I should be the one who does it, not them. F**kers

Maybe is time to find another dealer to service your car? The quality of the mechanics varies from dealer to dealer.

Oh man, you have hit a nerve. When I had my timing belt done @ Honda for my 1998 Accord EXV6, they scratched and gouged the plastic covers (all 4), kind of like the plastic cover on our TLs engine. WTF, I made them replace them. Can the service guys not be more careful? Anyway, I had to get the tranny replaced 3 months later and guess what, they damaged the plastic covers AGAIN. WTF, are the dealers complete clowns. Does my dealer not realize how anal I am about my car and that I will notice these things.

You wonder how many people simply dont notice these things. Well its off to Honda to replace these thing again.

So far the only dealership that i have heard of that gets alot of praise id Park Ave. Maybe you guys need to move to Jersey.

Anybody know of a good dealer in the San Diego area. I just moved down here and need to get my car serviced.

We should ask the owner of Park Ave Acura if he is interested of opening a dealership here. If there have such a good reputation, sure they will take away customers from other sucky Acura dealers here.

the mechanics are so careless......when they replaced the "A" emblem on the trunk lid the f***ing gouged my trunk lid. When I complained they replaced the whole lid. Damn, I hate the service at my dealership.....everyone, including the dealers, are a bunch of jerks. I don't even know why there's an Acura dealership in my town, Waterloo has more upper-class ppl. I always get attitude from at least one person whenever I go there prob'ly because I'm young and just happen to be driving a nice car. Jealousy is such an ugly human trait.
