A/C - Confusion??!!

Exclamation A/C - Confusion??!!

Could someone please explain to me the difference between using AUTO or just pushing the A/C button to on?

When you have your dial/button set to "auto", the fan will adjusts itself to the temperature setting. The fan will come on intermittently or just slow the amount of air it is pushing out automatically. This doesnt work when the temperature is set to 60 or 90(the lowest and highest setting), the fan blows at max speed. Read the owners manual that comes with the car about the auto setting, and everything else you want to know.

Yep. Sometimes it takes awhile to start adjusting itself so you probably wont even see a difference if you make short drives.

ok cool..im gonna set it to 64, i have a 25 minute drive home..ill see how it works. plus im heading to LA this weekend, so i can test it out then too.

what are the advantages to using this setting?

Keeping it at the temperature that you want without working itself too hard probably.
