Now is this the stock piece or is it the OEM lip kit you are looking for (there is a difference)

I wanted a cheap stock piece but for that price I might as well pull the trigger on an OEM Lip.

That's what I'd do; it appears to be a lot cheaper in some cases....

Is there even a place to buy a new OEM lip kit? My friend hit a curb with mine and a chunk is now missing. I've only been able to find the fiberglass ones.
