Break in perid

What is the proper break in period of the 3.2tl type s... I am thinking of getting one, but just curious as how i have to break it in...
how many miles do i have to do it for? and what does it entail? no highway mileages? no use of manushift....i dont know...

and don't take the tach over 5500, even better to say 5000, revving higher in break in will make you want to rush the breakin period because after 5000 is where most of the power is

my dealer says don't go more than 4000rpm for the first 6000km(3750 miles) and not to use the cruise control either.
but u can use the sports shift and go as fast as u want, just don't go over 4000rpm!!
my car is still in break in period(got it last month) and i never go over 4000rpm and no more than one thrid of throtte.
