Brake problem

ok so my powerslot rotors got warped because of a suspension problem i had. so my guy cut them. and he put on new brake pads. previously i had hawk hps pads which were awsome! now these pads i have on now squeal like crazyy. i waited like 3 weeks to post to see if they just needed to be broken in. well, sqealing has not gone away. i had them lubed twice by my mechanic and then at the place that did my oil change. they said its probably the pads not responding well to the rotors. so my question is should i just get new quality brake pads or will i need both new rotors and pads? i loved my hawks but is they sumthing comparable that is cheaper since iv paid so much money for all 4 of my brakes over the course of the year.

thanks
mike

If you are sure that the mechanic has applied enuf break squeal on the back of the pads, then replacing better pads will help. Lubing may only help for about a few hours.

Pads make the car stop

Invest in quality again and be careful on the street!

He probably put on semi metallic pads. Switch back to ceramic or organic. Hawk HPS are in fact semi-metallic (ferro carbon) but for some reason they don't squeel like a pad like the Axxis Ultimates.
