Brake Fluid and Tire Question

2K Type S with 38K miles. Owners manual suggests changing brake fluid but have never done that with any other cars. Dealer says they will look at fluid and decide if it needs changing. Seems fair but I don't know what they're looking for in the fluid. Another question. Still have original Michelin tires with probably 10K more miles to go. Not unhappy with them except do not do well in any snow. Any suggestions for a good all season replacement?

it's good to change the drain brake fluid for every yr or 2

if u feel that the brake pedal is not responsive and spongy feeling u should do some bleeding to release the air
