I am tired of seeing the same old kit on TLS, when are they coming out when some new stuff? Does anyboyd know where to get this rear spoiler skirt from. I have a TLS and want to hook it up but I cannot put the same old azz kit on it. At least this back is a little different. Anybody seen this before? If so where do I get it. Also the guy with the Accord front end did a nice job!!!

I have another question, do you you guys no if the 2002 TLS kit can fit the 2001 and 2000 and 1999. This would mean that all the dim are just about the same on the bumpers and the from front to rear. Are they the same?

the ONLY kits for the TL's are the Acura OEM Underbody...and the Wings West....

Wings West is currently making a new kit for the 02 TL's..hopefully it'll look different from the older ones.. (i.e side skirts)

And that rear lip looks like WW...if not..it's OEM... :o

I was also thinking of adapting the kit from the accord onto the TL..but the front bumper design is waay too different...i saw some guy that forced it on a white legend..and just zip tied it...looks ghetto.

We can always get new style kits..we just need a x amount of TL owners willing to get one...

also, i always thought doing the upside down A was stupid..but i realize when you do that.it's like a Evil H..haha...i just barely noticed that not too long ago.

 

The fact that the upside-down Acura "A" is (as you so nicely put it ) kind of an "evil H" is not an accident. When Acura first announced the pincer logo they said that they wanted it to resemble the Honda "H" in homage to their roots while at the same time epitomizing the precision that goes into Acura automobiles and customer service. I think it was around 1991, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

 

Where did you get this info from? I thought people called wing west and they said they are not going to make a kit for the 02 TL....

If they are gonna make one, then im for sure gonna hold off on the oem one

 

I heard it from someone on the board..it's been said it is currently in progress right now. and will be released right after Winter. I remember alot of people saying they called...and they said they won't make it. I will call them later in the afternoon to verify this.

 

There are more kits just the front bumpers are different. They only fit the 99-01 TL. Value, Blaze and SKP side skirts and rear bumpers will fit new tl's.

probally not going add a spoiler on my car for now. after i switch springs with you, im probally gonna get a kit.

might just stick with OEM kit cause its cheaper. 850 painted? i cant complain!!!!

after that, im probally gonna save money for a set of 18" rims. im currently selling my stock TL-S rims right now. if i can get a decent price i might be getting them sooner then i expect.
