I have a 2000 Acura TL w/ Navigation.

I've been searching around the forums for some answers regarding this, but I'm terrible at it, and I just want to make sure. :P

I've decided I wanna get a Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 player for my car. But I want to make sure that I can hook it up to the auxiliary thing with the blitzsafe and get all the good sound that the stock system offers.

My questions are:
1. Will the blitzsafe allow me to hook up this MP3 player and get all the sound of the system?
2. Will the blitzsafe charge my MP3 player or can it still be charged while hooked up?
3. What else do I need other than the MP3 player and the blitzsafe?
4. The volume buttons on the steering wheel should still work right?
5. Which Blitzsafe do I get? (HON/AUX DMX V.1 14-Pin connector behind radio?)

Hehe, sorry, I just want to make sure it will all work before I get it.

 

Well, I have a Blitzsafe system in my car for my XM SkyFi 2. The sound is not as good as CD, but better than FM. I know for a fact that our Bose systems don't like outside audio sources playing through the amp, but it's ok for me. Definately not the best sounding though. I had a Circuity City low end Alpine deck and M-connector with RCA's for my older Accord and my XM sounds 10x better than my TL does..sad
