His name is LiquidFlex81. He purchased them from Ebay seller AtomicStreet. He had no fitment issues whatsover, HID assembly fit perfectly, and the lights didnt move.

Unfortunately, as of last week, his set of lights are now useless.

Btw, these are now DOT approved.

When I emailed the seller early this year asking about the DOT
they said approval was ~pending~ lol

As long as you run amber bulbs or covers in the corner you are USA legal

HI I"M HERE lol

yes adamlee you are correct the lights are useless,, well at least one is,, the driver side didn't get busted up in the accident,, but who is gonna buy one housing from me? my 8000K bulbs looked pretty sick in their , i was VERY pleased with the quality of them,, i had no problems at all going thru inspection with them,, in fact the inspection guy complimented them,, he didn't know acura's came with such nice looking stock lights here's a few pics of the lights,, off and on

Shot with

my turnsignals look the way they did in this above pic because i installed at the time 24LED Towers instead of bulbs,, this pic below is what the lights look like with the stock amber bulbs in them

i've had these on for over a year. the fitment is iffy on the passenger side and the aim of the headlights/highbeams has limited adjustment. sealant is great since i've had no condensation whatsoever. If i were you, i'd just black out the stock headlights or pay a shop to do it (which would probably end up being the same price as buying the ebay set anyways)

^^ Really? About 180 - 200? Maybe I should get a quote.. Other than that you have a picture of the lights being turned out facing a wall or a garage door? So we can see what kind of alignment it gives? What do you mean by, iffy fitting? Thanks in advance..

He means the fitment is questionable. I'd buy the lights so later you can put the old ones back in and sell the car as stock as possible, which most people are looking for when they buy a used car. Just my though

I think many of us looking at these lights are replacing OE units that leak and have condensation
Its a pain to fix- so just replace with these

Wanna bet the average used car buyer in 2 or 3 years is going to know they are not the original housings- other than the clear lens instead of 10 years of scratches on it?
Or even care? An improved car is not the same as a jacked/dropped riced car when reselling

And who even thinks about selling their TL!!!!

~calibration~ is actually just adjuster screws that sets the headlights aim, it no big deal to do- many auto body shops or repair shops have the tools to do it correctly
Look for a place that says State headlight and brake inspections and call them
Note: new bulbs take 100 hours of use to establish true color

Body shop for install 1-2 hours labor
Bulbs- 65-150 per set of 2
housings shipped 220

search or scroll thru the thread list for CAI installation
You have to remove the bumper to get to that- so good info, and there are threads on headlight R&R with the special torx tool part number for the screws

Did you confirm items in stock before order- I need to do mine soon

They should lock all the other ebay threads that are currently active, keep this one open and sticky it. Will help all the confusion of other threads get answered and pictures will be posted.

What kind of labor hours are we talking for a first timer?
You did a nice job lining everything back up- looks untouched
My Laguna Green will look nice with these

Would you guys pour substantial amounts of water at/on them for the ultra test please!

Took me and my dad about 3 to 3 1/2 hours but there was a clip that was broken that took us forever to get out and half of the work was in the dark with lights so for somebody else probably like 2 - 3 hours. Just keep track of where all the screws came from that was the worst part figurin out where they came from.
