any know any one selling black housing headlights for a 03 tl or know were i can buy a set ?

they sell them from time to time on ebay, and a few various websites... but are rediculously priced.

your cheapest route is to black out your OEM lights yourself.its much cheaper and there are a few DIY's on this site if you search a bit...

if you are asking is it legal to drive like that, the answer is no.

I got ebay ones several years ago--200 shipped iirc
had severe water issues with OE units- so went the easy route
Now the ballast have finally quit, its an aftermarket hid kit for me~

 

Have the DEPO ones off ebay, so far so good. Still have stockies incase they go bad but they look pretty good.
