i was driving home yesterday from work and i looked down at my instrument panel and saw that the "side airbag" light was on? i was like wtf but then it turned off and then later it came back on? does any1 have and answer to this maddness?

 

was someone or something in the passenger seat??? if so thats normal its telling you that the air bag has been shut off for their saftey because they are leaning on/towards the door

 

That happens to be often when my gf leans over towards the door
