Best match for fogs to 4300K stock HID
Who makes a bulb that best matches the stock 4300K stock HIDs? The stock bulbs are just too dim and I think it throws off the front end when they are on in comparison to the HIDs. I see a lot about PIAA. Do they make a good bulb? They seem to be more expensive however. Thanks in advance...

you want color you can get those cheap ones
you want brightness you have to get PIAA, the extreme white is 4150K, which matches with low beam's brightness

All halogen bulbs besides the stock 51W stanley's suck. I went thru a lot of them and the amount of bulb life I get out of them doesnt justify the money. Even those $80 PIAA bulbs. I spent $250 and got HIDs and they match my headlights and lasted for just about 2 years so far and I expect it to last another 2 years if not much more.

Check out the color of the glass. The Hoen bulbs are blue. They kinda look cheap. The PIAA bulbs are the same price and have a way better rep.

Although they also ask you email them and see if they have another bulb that will work.

So the 9006 (51W) are a direct replacement for the fogs? Do we have to use the right angle type or straight?

The Razo P White Zero's are a similar color but not as perfect of a match as the PIAA's. Also the RAZO bulbs are a color coated bulb. Versus the PIAA and Raybrig bulbs which are tinted glass. A cheap bulb has a color coating which burns off with heat and time. Tinted glass does not discolor unless the bulb has been touched.
Our store sells both RAZO and PIAA. As well as VISION and Ichiban. We actually make more profit off the RAZO bulbs. But if people want a quality bulb PIAA is the one. Tinted glass can also give you more light output at the same wattage.
