I've been lagging on this but I have a bad leak in my water pump and I can't afford a shop yo do it so I bought a pump and timing belt. Im going to have someone do it for me, is there anything else I should probably get to change while the timing belt and water pump is off?

Get the Aisin timing belt kit from ebay, around $200 and has 5 parts.
I would also change the p/s belt, a/c belt and a/c tensioner ($50 for gates oem part)

That's what I changed.

I already have a timing belt and a water pump so the kit would basically be useless in a way.

Buy the kit and sell extra parts in the black market.

You can buy all the other things on Amazon separately if you have the time to search it. You may also want to replace the crank seal while everything is off. Total job time is 3 hours or so. The tension adjustor aka hydraulic tensioner will run you about $100 so budget for that. All parts in should be about $300 give or take $50.

You will need:

- water pump
- timing belt
- idler pulley
- tensioner pulley
- hydraulic tensioner (tension adjuster)
- power steering belt
- alternator belt

optional (in order of importance):

- front crank seal
- cam seals (X2)
- crank sensor

Buying separate is always more expensive than the kit....but it's ok, do what you think is best....as long as you replace those 5 timing parts. I always recommend the Aisin kit because it has the oem parts.
