hey guys i didnt drive my car for 3 days and today when i started it it was okay and when i went back the battery light was going on and off, it stays on when i press the brake and when i start reving the motor, it goes off when i turn the headlights on, is it a sign of a bad altenator? i had it switched to a refurbished one 2 years ago when the dash started lighting up like a chrismtas tree and shutting off. my battery was replaced 4 months ago

anyone know what the problem could be?

 

Check charging voltages when you're revving it, and when you have the lights on.
