Post A Bad Day for the Acura

1) Got hit in the parking lot. Scraped paint down to the plastic on the rear bumper. Not too bad, but still, looks like crap and will cost bucks to get fixed "right" as we all know. Plus, in Texas that sort of accident happens to be my fault, so my insurance premiums are likely to increase. I was backing up, and a kid hit me as he was going through the lot. Bummer.

2) Later this afternoon, I went to Jiffy Lube as I need an oil change and am going out of town tomorrow. No time to do it myself as I usually do, so thirty bucks at Jiffy Lube. They filled with dino (non-synthetic) before I could stop them, and later this evening I got gas and checked the dipstick. Bastards put about 1 quart too much in. Now I gotta drain it before I leave town tomorrow, and I've already driven about 50 miles as it is. Waaaaaaaaa.

Wow... everyone is having a bad night. Guess I won't say how well mine is going. I do have a fat scratch on my rear plastic bumper cover from backing into a winch on a Bronco a couple months ago. Going to claim it on my insurance since my deductible is only $100/$200... to fix it "right" as you say, is going to cost about $275 since the trunk was very slightly dented also. And an airbrush just doesn't cut it. I came out yesterday from work to find my car FVCKING COVERED in sap from a tree... looked like plastic rain drops. Took it immediately and washed her - came out good. But today is a good day... just had 4 Coronas at work and going out with the breezy.

Come on man... relax and take it easy... I think I have been through more craps lately...

First it was the accident on my TL, then somehow everyone around me just started to act like an asshole. Well, perhaps I am the one that is making mistakes, being nasty and casuing all those problems. Hum...

There're always more than 10 things on my To-Do List, and no matter how hard I try, things just kept on happening...

Hope everything goes well for you from now on, bro....

This is not helping mt "road rage" problem at all!

North Dallas, by the way, has really bad traffic and road rage is getting to be a problem. Not as bad as SoCal yet, but close. People from Chicagoland, MANE, etc are always surprised how bad it's become in Dallas.

Actually, part of the reason I gotthe TL was to help me relax during my daily commute - my RX-7 was not the car for traffic jams at all!!!

I jsut read some article saying SOCal Drivers spend an average of 82 hours a year in traffic! Is that crazy of what?
