Question Interior Help

I wanted to put the carbonfiber foliatec over the wood parts from the interior. Does anyone know how to take out the wood trim? please help~!!! =)

I'm working on that right now. First you are going to have to remove the door panels http://www.acura-tl.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/000388.html then you are going to have to melt or strip the wood piece from the panel since they are attach together by plastic melted bolts. After you have done that, then you either have to buy the carbon fiber film http://shop.foliatec.de/ click on cockpit then carbonline or have someone do it for you.

The only part of the wood trim you can remove is the center console trim. Read my post here for removing the center console trim. The wood trim on the doors is permanently attached like Bitium said - plastic welds. You could try to cover it in place. One of our members - VDo - covered his center wood trim with Foilatec carbon fiber material. He has pics somewhere if you do a search.

My TL is in the bodyshop now. I think I will have them to get the door panel trim off for me... Oh course put those back as well...
