Unhappy back seats removal

I need help, I want to removal the back seats, but how? I broke the screw clip off my navigation antenna, and I want to see if I can get it fix. Buying a new antenna cost alot. I need to get into the back pannel. Don't people remove the back seat to replace the shock/springs?

Help

THank ahead!

when you put them back in, do the back rest first, then the bottom bench, i did it opposite the first time and kinda scraped the leather with the center middle metal tabs, nothing major, but found out the hard way.
