Auto headlight on for 02 TL Type-S?
If you leave them on, then leave and lock the car, they will go out on thier own. Then, when you unlock the car with the remote, they will come back on.

Yes Canadian models come with daytime running lights, but do not have auto on and off features, other than when you leave on the lights and lock your doors with the key fob, the lights will stay on for about 30 seconds then go off, and will go on again when you unlock the doors with the key fob. This may also work with manual unlocking and locking of the the door with the key, I dont know, however who uses the key to unlockthe door anymore when they have a key fob.

I know that feature is available on my uncle's Buick Park Avenue Ultra but he told me that sometimes it is useless because the light sensor is sometime slow to detect the different intensity of light, so you have to turn them ON when you are in a tunnel. They have a 2-3 seconds lags...
My 1994 Ford Explorer has that feature, and we use it all the time. You just leave the headlights on auto, and they come on when it gets to be twilight. They actually come on well before I would turn them on manually, so we never end up wishing they were on when they aren't. It's a pretty cool feature.
