I think i've seen u around Richmond couple of times. Silver TLS no drop. Its not until i read ur wheel specs before i realize that was ur car. Ur car's nice and clean, i remember it cux i've seen it two times, and urs the only one i've seen with aftermarket wheels. However, it's quite a while ago now. BTW, if u see a heather mist 99 with dark tint and blue wiper aids, dat's me!!!!!!

nonono, I don't have AMG stickers, and those ro_ja wheels are real nice. AND only weighing in at 20lbs a piece!!!!!!!

Yes that's me. Mine is a silver TL-S with full oem body kit and spoiler and 18" Ro-Ja 5 with summer tires, but no drop. Right now I'm on 17" oem rims with winter tires.

TL_99, I'll keep an eye out for your heather mist 99 with dark tint and blue wiper aids next time.

I too have seen a dropped white TL-S on stock rims and also a dropped white TL-S with full oem body kit and spoiler and 19" Kreuzer series V rims in Richmond a couple of times. The latter car is probably "InspireS". I have also seen a silver '99-'01 silver TL with aftermarket fog lights in the bumper back a while ago. This may be Patrick's car.

 

If the TL you saw was lowered and with stock wheels, it's me!
1999 TL with PIAA Stealth 912 fog lights (chromy reflective look to it) in the bumper, with H&R Race Springs. More mods to come in the new year!!

although CLS wheels look to be the same as TLS wheels, somehow to me there's a slight diff. the cls wheels look a lil better i think

 

If you look close enough, you'll see that the CL-S wheel face sits further out from the face of the tire than the TL-S wheel. In other words, the wheels protect the tires on CL-S whereas the tires protect the wheels on TL-S, during close encounter with the parking curbs.

 

now when i actually think about it, that's quite true, it seems that the face of the CLS rims have a "flatter" look

 

But the CLS rollers are 17X7 vs. our 17X6.5.

 

DAmn today i saw a dark blue TL 99-01 spec...TWO ASIAN HOTTIES driving it, lowered on race springs w/ some sort of 17" rims or 16's maybe...but damn they smiled at me too hehehe...
