Hemants, do you garage your car? If not ... you might need to air it out with a fan and a dehumidifier (as someone has already suggested). The car Befreeze does a pretty good job with car odours.

Did you leave the roof open or is it leaking?
Either way, you can purchase one of those desicant packs/containers that you buy for wet basements and leave it in the car; it's really hydroscopic and sucks all the water from the air and traps it inside.

I was going to say leave it out in the sun, but I realized you were from Toronto. You guys only get sunshine a couple of days every year (June 17-19?) So the desicant is your only bet. Quick before it starts smelling like mold, that smell will stay forever.

This happend to my toyota when some asshole parking attendent left my windows open during a rain storm. It took a couple of Days for the dampness to get out of the Leather seats. I just aired it out and waited for the seats to dry. Than I armor-alled the seats and sprayed fabreeze everywhere.
