How?

How does that controller work and what are potential HP gains from it. If you can lower the VTEC point to something like 3800, it would FOR SURE make it faster. But let me know, give me some info for any who have tried it.

VTEC Hi->Lo: 4500
VTEC Lo->Hi: 4600

WOT Fuel depending on how you set up your rpm bands mine are 1000-7000 RPM in 1K increments)

LVT
1000: -2
2000: -1
3000: -1
4000: 0
HVT
5000: +1
6000: 0
7000: 0

Partial throttle:

LVT
1000: -2
2000: -1
3000: -1
4000: -1
HVT
5000: 0
6000: 0
7000: 0

Again like in the other post the "butt-dyno" feels a bit tighter off the line and it pulls much smoother through the tach w/o the surge a vtec.. GTECH shows .1-.2 better under similar conditions

A general rule is to never go lower than 4500 RPM, any lower than that and you will most likely lose performance. A v-afc really doesnt do much if your car is stock, and the gains will be minimal.

Then what do you need with a vtech controller to get max performance.

You probably need all of the available bolt-ons to really take advantage of VTEC controllers.
