hey does anyone here have the third gen brake swap? i was wondering what was needed to complete the swap i did search and someone said that the knuckles need to be changed is there anything else that needs to be done?

 

i remember reading another thread on this recently. i think it was deemed a project too expensive and too much work to be worth it.

 

do the legend caliper swap and call it a day. i'd be willing to bet its just as effective (if not more so) and a helluva lot cheaper.

Get the adapter, buy the RL brembo calipers and 350z rotors and call it a day. OR buy yourself a wilwood bbk for about the same price. You cant just buy the knuckles from the Tl and slap the brakes on and call it a day

 

its true theres a bunch of the 2nd gen cl doing it i have the rl caliper and im going to order the brackets from nva-v6 i think thats his username. Then you buy 350z brembo rotors and rl brake pads and there you go bbk.
