I don't know about those bulbs but I bought a pair of d2r hid bulbs for 45 dollars shipped from xenon gate.com took only 3 days from Cali saw the ad for them on the forum they seem to work fine for me. I only wanted the 5000 k but they have the brighter hid bulbs also, I think for the same price.

stay with known quality- Kaixen from our vendor Excelerate-
special ziner deal on 5000k or 6000k bulbs $109 per pair- shipped!
Many of us went with them after stock bulb died-
5000 is close to stock- slightly more blue
6000 is a lot more blue and less white- each has advantages- get 5000 and be fine with slightly better than stock visability

doesn't sound like a good idea.
always remember you get what youd paid for. if those 15 dollar bulbs last 3 weeks, well then you got what you paid for.
