My 03 TLS has a wiper issue. The motor still works but needs adjustment. Either the blades wipe half the windshield or goes too far off the windshield.

If you had this issue give me some ideas...without going to dealer.

Have you tried to tighten the nut that holds the wiper arm?

Yeah, try what Fsttyms1 previously suggested.
If that does not help, then the wiper motor's control arm linkage is the problem.
