I thought about doing it to my doors. Never got around to it. Let us know how it goes. Curious to hear if dynamat makes a different in reducing road/wind noise at highway speeds.

my car was entirely dynamatted by the previous owner. personally i think it makes a different, but the last time i was in an un-dynamatted TL was 2002 so it's tough to remember.

RAAMmat is cheaper and better then dynamat, but from the sounds of it you already bought some. I used a liquid sound deadener and Edead. Did my whole interior and trunk except the roof. Took me 3-4 days.

Dynamat smells like shit. It's gonna take a long time to get rid of the smell. I used Cascade and did the entire trunk, back deck, underneath the back seat, and front and rear doors.

Yes, it was Cascade VB-1X or something like that. Do a search under the audio/video section for a post under my name and you can see pics of how it looks. It will not stop the wind noise around the glass/door frame, but wind deflectors will.

Be aware that there's two types of Dynamat - Original and Xtreme. The Original is made from rubberized asphalt (eg: roofing tar that smells), and Xtreme is made Butyl.

Also, a car install guy from another forum posted this link, which was pretty good for comparing all the different sound deadeners.

When I did it on my car, 100sq ft was only enough to do double layer on all four doors (actually one of the rear door only has a single layer) and the trunk. I think you'll probably need another 200 sq ft to do the whole car with two layers, and you'll also be adding another 100lbs to the car...

My friend did his eclipse (floor, roof, 2 doors, hatch area, pillars) and used 200 sq ft, and that was only one layer on the floor.

That's the guy from elitecaraudio. Nice guy, but I don't agree with his temperature test since it tests the products in a closed oven and not a car. He was going to retest it on a junk door out in the sun, but I guess he didn't do it yet.
