The Canadian site actually has some good info the US site does not have. Just bear in mid that there are some minor spec differences. The cars look the same, though.

From the outside, the 2002 regular TL and TL-S looks exactly the same EXCEPT the rims. The rims on the regular TL is smaller (16") and IMO, it's ugly. The rims on the TL-S is bigger (17") and it looks really good.
As far as inside goes, there's a few things different.
