acura can tell you thje warranty history of the car by VIN- the dealer can provide the same info
1-800-382-2238 x5- tell them you are looking to buy
If you stil llike the car have a private shop inspect it underneath for you
Thats really high miles for the year and could need all new brake parts- calipers and rotors and pads and master cylinder--$1000
Assuming the timing belt and water pump were done at 105k, you have that coming due again at 210- be aware thats $1200 plus dollars service

Did it give any warning signs? I've read the warning signs from another thread, but I was just curious of your experience.
Mine feels a little funny, but I called Acura and they said it'd already been serviced 4 years ago.

YOU GUYS need to read that the Recall is for a part, NOT the transmission and its warranty extension. IF your car is acting something other than what you think is normal BRING IT IN! You can call Acura client services or go to Acuras website and see if your still covered under the Warranty Extension.

Regarding the transmission warranty, I had mine replaced back in 2005. It was my understanding that the warranty still covers the new transmission for the 7 yrs 9 mos/109K. Is that correct? My 2002 will be 7 years old on Saturday but only has 45K miles on it.
