All light on the steering cluster goes off when I turn on the headlights. HELP!!!
I just installed a cd player in my 1999 TL and now everytime i turn on the headlights all the lights on the cluster in front of the steering wheel goes off. What is wrong did i wire something wrong and how do i fix this?? Please Help!!

Assuming its a aftermarket HU. Did it have a Dimmer wire? What did you do with it? You have to have done something wrong with the wiring to the illumination wire.

Yea the HU works fine and the lights are still on whether the headlights are on or off. its just the light on the cluster in front of the steering wheel that goes off.

I would say the illumination dimmer wire is hooked up to something wrong.

the car. What is it hooked up to. RE-Check all your wiring and make sure its all correct.
