Alignment problems
Alignment problems
I just put on a used eibach pro kit (lowering springs) onto my car, is an alignment really necesary? my car drives fine and barley drifts off anyone else with lowerd cars have any suggestions?
wait a couple of weeks, then get the alignment. try to go to national tire & battery.. they offer 6months/1yr/3yr/5yr alignment programs.. i'm lowered on tein basics and bought the 3yr alignment program.. costs me 50$ (retail 120$)... (i'm an employee)..

they are udes and have already settled, bring the car in when you get a chance (sooner the better) and have an alignment. its worth it. doesnt take much to throw off teh alignment (car may still drive fine) but a little toe will tear up the tires fast
yeah i guess i'll just get the lifetime alignment )= that'll take a chunk out of my lip kit being painted fund )=, it'll be worth it because these springs were given to me by a friend and im going to give them back in about 2-3 months and i'll be getting TEINS soon after i take them off

I agree with fsttyms1. do it sooner than later. Just because it doesnt pull doesn't mean that the tires are alligned... the toe could be off (which it most likely is after being dropped)or the camber (i think is what its called) could be off equally on each tire cancelling out a noticable pull.
They may but I doubt you, or I, or anyone without the proper equipment, would be able to do a very good job.
Even if they had a do-it-yourself painting instructions section I would still leave the job to someone who knows what in the heck they are doing.
