Alignment Problems

What constitutes an alignment problem? On the freeway, my car pulls to the right a bit. If left alone, it would move to the next lane in about 0.5 to 1 mile. It also does this on every lane. The body shop told me they had aligned it already. Although i don't remember this happening before.

I wonder if i'm just paranoid and that the non-level roads make all cars pull to the right a tad bit.

That's hardly what I'd call a problem. Most two-lane roads are pitched so rain will run off, etc. If you're in the right lane and you take your hands off the wheel, as long as it doesn't rapidly go to the right (or left) you're okay. As a double-check, get on the highway and get in the far left lane and do the same thing (traffic notwithstanding). Because it is pitched to the left (or should be), if the car drifts anywhere it should be to the left. With what you're describing (minimal drift inside of a half mile), that sounds completely normal.

It drifts to the right in varying degrees on ALL lanes on the 5 and 405 freeway.

First thing to check, like lilboykorea said, is air pressure. Make sure both sides are equal, as low pressure on one side (front or rear) will cause a pull. Second, you could have an imperfect tire. Although it's a pain in the a$$, you ideally want to swap the left-side and right-side tires and see if it still pulls. Swap the fronts first, drive it and see, then swap the rears. If it pulls the other way after swapping tires then it's tire or rim related.

My TL-S used to pull to the right too. I thought I had an alignment problem, but it turns out it was just an under-inflated tire. Definitely check that first before you spend at least $50 on an alignment job.

Same here, had the pull, and turned out to be a tire pressure issue. It would lose 10 psi a week down to 23 from 32. I finally had it chked out by the dealer when I was doing oil change, and paid $25 to patch the tire which they found a nail in it. Now I check about every week or every 2 weeks. It's down to 28 now.
