Alignment problem, seized rear toe bolt

Today I had some rubber put on my car, Yoko V4S tires and got an alignment. The alignment tech said the left rear toe adjustment bolt was seized so they couldn't adjust the left rear toe. Below is a copy of the alignment sheet. The front casters are off, I know they can't be adjusted. Based on this print out what should I do to correct the problem?

not sure why the pics not working, but the left rear toe is -0.01 and the right rear toe is 0.10 for a total rear toe of 0.09. How can I fix this.

you can adjust caster by removing a shim on the radius rod and you need to change the toe bolt. not very hard

so changing the toe bolt alone is possible without having to change the control arm too?
