Alignment Problem Please help me

Alright so we lowered the TL on H&R sports, today we bring it to Acura to get it aligned. Then they tell us that they cannot do it cuse the ball joints are too low? Can this be a correct cause for not being able to align it? Do i need a camber kit? So can a car be too low to align?

Take the car somewhere else, you'll probably save some $$$ in the process too. So many people have dropped cars here, and all of them have had alignments. Those jackasses probably just dont want to work on it, or are trying to give you a hard time for modifying your car that you paid for. I hate guys like that.

if you take the bumper off you will be able to drive the car on to their hoist to do the alignment. OR you could call around and find an alignment shop that is able to do the alignment from the ground not from a hoist. The specialized shops will have one but a dealership might not.

i would never bring the car to the dealer for an alignment. bring it to a place that specializes in that kind of work (like MR HYDE said save your self money too)

they are bullshitting you...i had my 02 TLS with H&R sports aligned at my acura dealership...there is nothing wrong with the ball joints...the only thing a proper alignment can't fix is the camber in the back, but due to the weight distribution of the TL being so light in the back, the camber doesn't become an issue so long as you rotate tires consistently.
