Like stated by 01tl4tl, which bag? They are very easy to do, remove the glove box for the dash bag, 3 (maybe 4, i dont remember) bolts hold it in. Steering wheel follow the radio control fix to remove the steering wheel air bag.

Straight from service manual (wish I could copy and paste):
1. Disconnect negative battery cable and wait 3 minutes.
2. Remove glove box.
3. Remove connector from holder, then disconnect connector from airbag connector and SRS main harness.
4. Remove harness clamp and three mounting nuts from bracket. Cover the lip and dashboard with cloth, and carefully pry lid with screwdriver, then lift airbag out of dashboard.

Very handy, but over 800MB, so be ready to wait awhile. But worth the wait!
Also, the main SRS module will have to be replaced if the airbags deployed. Although my airbags were replaced (bought it rebuilt), the SRS unit was not replaced, so I have to get this taken care of. New units are $300-400, but there are businesses that will reprogram/reset a unit for about $50. Has anyone used this service?

I don't know if me saying it a second time makes it true enough for you , but that is what the dealership told me. My one of my seatbelts was stuck (and SRS light on), so I took it to the dealership thinking it was just faulty and they would replace it under warranty. Long story, but they said 'no' it is not covered because my car was in an accident, and that was why the seatbelt was stuck, and 'oh by the way' the SRS unit shows that your airbags deployed, which will require a new SRS unit (i.e., cannot be reset).
If the seatbelt pretensioners go off in an accident, the seat belt retractor locks up and is done, finished, cannot be fixed. You have to get a new seatbelt and retractor. Do a Google search for seat belt pretensioner, and you can see how they work. They are like airbags - once they go off, they are finished.

For anybody needing replacement airbags and/or modules, try www.fivestarairbags.com. They have very good pricing and are very helpful even with the install.
EDIT: Apparently they also have seatbelts now too.

Finding replacement seat belts can be a pain. New ones are in excess of $200 plus installation. Used ones don't always work. Many salvage yards don't realize that seat belts involved in an air bag collision are shot and can't be re-used. If you get one that doesn't work (i.e., retractor locked-up), then you have to deal with a refund or exchange for another one that might not work.
I have to replace a seat belt and my SRS unit. Maybe a DIY is in order.
