Aftermarket parts void extended trans warranty??

Does any one know if I show up with aftermarket parts on the car, the dealer won't work on it?? What if its lowered also?? Need to know asap!!

what kind of aftermarket parts? before i go to the dealer for warranty work id put back stock suspension. thats about it.

intake, test pipe, lowering springs, thermoblock spacers..

You think they won't work on the tranny cause its lowered??

it may be a issue for them to get lowered car on the lift
but it does NOT void trans warranty in any way
The LAW says they have to prove a direct link to part failure- so lowered cars get no CV coverage, but trans is not affected by what you have done

thats per the head tech and the service manager at my dealer
Im on tein ss and no hassles

no i doubt that but id still just put it back to stock height just to be safe. every dealers different so if you havent been there before its better to be safe than sorry.

Well it's in the dealer now and they didn't say anything to me.. Not yet atleast

Yeah, I just figured that out.. I was only worrying cause my brother told me the dealer didn't want to work on his car cause he had done shit to his car.. so he told me to take everything off mine.. blah.. whatever.. car's getting worked on, that's all that matters..
