AEM Install Problems

I just bought a 1999 Acura TL and am attempting to install the AEM V2 Cold Air Intake. It is all installed, but I am having a problem determining which hoses go where. There is one hose going to and coming from the oem factory air box. They appear to have coolant in them and am not sure what to do with them. The instructions that came with it are rather vague and I am relatively inexperienced. Any advice or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

The hosing is different from the Type S to my car. Good instructions nonetheless. Looking for instructions or advice specific for my car, the '99 TL.

When you look at your stock air box you will discover a small radiator in side you stock air box, just trace those hoses and you will see they pass those coolant to that mini radiator from the engine and back to the engine, all you need to do is bypass the mini radiator by doing a loop with one of the hose, so the coolant output hose will bring back the coolant to the engine block.

i just installed my intake too on my 99, and kent is right. you should end up with one extra hose and that other should just be routed from where you took off the extra hose.

I believe I have that now looped as you advised, but am still unsure where to hook up he remaining hoses. If anyone has seen detailed instructions or can supply detailed instructions specific for my car would be a life saver.

You don't have to keep the rest of the hoses, go to comptechusa.com and download the ice-box installation instruction to give you better idea.
