adjustable shocks and struts?

I am thinking of getting Eiback Prokit for my 2000 TL and also wanna get shocks and struts. I am going to go with the tokico illuminas but first wanna know what the difference is between the adujustable and non-adjustable shocks and stuts... What would i get out of the adjustable ones??Should i go with the Eibach or H&R sport??

On adjustable shock you can change the bounce feeling softer or stiffer but it will not change the ride height. You can always change it stiffer for track even or softer for daily driving.

On the spring I have H&R OE, I think they are very good product and I have eibach pro-kit on my 99 eclipse and they are very good too. But for TL I think eibach is too low especially if you have the body kit. If you want a low ride but not too low than H&R OE will be your choice but if you want it lower H&R sport will do the trick. Remember eibach pro kit will lower a TL 2.1" front and 1.6" on rear. Hope this help.

I love Tokico's and have had great experience with them I've had both the standard non-ajdustables and the Illuminas. The Illuminas are 5 way adjustable from 1-5. The non-adjustables are equivalent to around 2.5. Fronts are easily adjustable because the top of the strut is visable. You have to pull the rear seat to get to the top of the rear adjusters on the struts. For most, the standard non-adjustables are fine. If you drive more aggressively or do some road racing/autocross, the Illuminas will definitely fit the bill.

I went Comptech & Illuminas and have been very pleased with the combo.
