Has anyone added a flip-up DVD player to the slot above the head unit ?(for those of us without navi); keeping the stock bose head unit also.

I'm talking about something like the built-in dvd with screen units from pioneer or alpine.

Is it possible to wire the sound output from one of these units into the stock system at all?
