I've made a video of my issue that suddenly appeared. Occasionally I get a trim too lean p0170 error but I don't think that's related to the knocking.

According to some sources, this could be my timing belt tensioner but I'd like to confirm to see what others think before I tackle it.

I also recently changed out my power steering pump, don't judge the screw I had to use temporarily.

One last thing, before I changed out the power steering pump I noticed my car would start humming after about 2 minutes of idle for about 5 seconds and during that hum it would actually lose some power.

Side note: the hum has always been there since I bought the car, I figured it was some sort of valve opening and closing when needed, but it never did that power drain ,maybe it's related to the p0170 error on fuel trim.
