hey.. for all of you that've visited the Acura E-Showroom at

Take a look at the instrument panel for the TL-S and slide the indicator from day time to night time.
Is our dash supos'd to light up like that?
It looks like it's an EL-dash with hyper white odometer lighting.
It's not that white.. the real guages are a bit more yellowish and dimmer.. I think they did that for the purposes of contrast for people to see the diff..
btw, nice long sig

Anyone notice how if you click on the 6-speed transmission or SportShift transmissions and then click on Accelerate to hear the engine, all of the cars sound the same? I have to imagine that the RSX Type S would sound a little different than the NSX
I think that was the older TLs that had tweeters. The newer (2002 and above?) don't have 'em ... I think we also have two extra speakers in the rear doors, IIRC. Acura needs to update their website

I noticed that as well, it sounds like our engine (j32a2) that was chosen for the sound bite. I've driven both the Rsx and the Nsx and neither will sound that temid at 6k rpms. Both are wailing their asses off by redline.

Its more of an oversight on Acura's part that was left in there from the older TLs and was never updated for the 2002-2003 TLs.
In any case, it would have been really nice of Acura to have included tweeters in the stock audio setup for the 2002-2003 TLs ... Guess thats what a custom aftermarket setup is for
