99 tl possible tranny problem

Hi i have a 99 tl with 63xxx original miles, and im wondering if my tranny is starting to go or maybe it could be a motor mount. when i shift into drive or reverse theres a small jump that kind of moves the car a lil.other than that it shifts smoothly while driving. i dont beat on the car at all or use the manual shifting. i got the car with 59xxx last feb 2010 it has 63xxx. i barely drive it. anyways im wondering what the problem could be. THanks

is it doing it when cold? if so, then try idling the car for a minute or so then go from there..... aslo, check the tranny fluid and report back it's condition?

I check mounts by fully applying e-brake, shifting to drive and snap throttling the motor so the engine and trans move, after checking in drive, try in reverse, have someone doing this you trust with your life, while you observe the mounts. Any torn or excessive movement of the engine or trans can mean mounts.
Hope this helps.
