ok im gonna be opening up my headlights soon to make them black housing, and was wondering,,
you know the glass piece that is infront of the low beam bulb(HID), can you take that off? so it would look all chrome without that foggy headlight look??, would this mess up the light system? Has anyone does this before? if so post pics and instructions please!!

songoku removed the diffuser before. The beam pattern was messed up. So don't do it.

damn it so theres no way to take out those things and not mess up the beam, it would look so much cleaner and the HID's would be a lot brighter, want to do it so bad lol pleaseee helpp hehe

I think that it looks ok with the plastic piece on....but definately black out the chrome, it looks much better...

Yeah, don't take the diffuser out. It's there for a reason. I took mine out & put it back on because the beam pattern was messed up.
